Step 1: Install debian-12-xfce templateVM from Qubes Template Manager If you don't have it (I prefer debian)

Step 2: Start & Update debian-12-xfce templateVM in Qube Manager

Step 3: Start debian-12-xfce templateVM and install these packages using apt-get via Xfce Terminal

mpv
handbrake

Step 4: Edit /etc/mpv/mpv.conf and save

vo=x11
profile=sw-fast

Step 5: Shutdown templateVM

Step 6: Qube Manager > Create a new qube

Name and Label: any you want (I use "multimedia")
Color: any you want (I choose orange)
Type: AppVM
Template: debian-12-xfce
Networking: (none)
Launch Settings after creation: Checked

Step 7: Wait until settings window appears

Step 8: Set Private storage max size as you like, to keep movies or music you want to set more than 10gb+

Step 9: To Applications Tab, choose any apps you like to be appear on menu, like file manager, handbrake and mpv

Step 10: Click Apply and OK, that's all
